EVALUATion & Treatment Services

Juvenile Evaluation & Treatment

We believe in early intervention, second chances, and culturally attuned care. Led by Reyna Gutierrez, MA, NLC, a bilingual and Colorado SOMB-Approved Juvenile Provider and Evaluator, our practice specializes in supporting youth and families with compassion, structure, and professional integrity.

We provide state-approved psychosexual evaluations for adolescents who have been charged with or adjudicated for a sexual offense. Our evaluations are developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive—centered around helping youth heal, grow, and reintegrate.

Each evaluation includes:

  • A clinical interview tailored to the adolescent's age and cognitive development

  • Validated psychological testing

  • Family engagement and support

  • A strengths-based treatment plan aligned with SOMB standards

If ongoing treatment is required, our offense-specific therapy empowers youth to develop empathy, manage emotions, and build healthy relationship skills. Parents and caregivers are integrated into the process, because we understand that healing happens at home, too. Services are offered in English and Spanish, with deep respect for culture, language, and community dynamics.

Let us walk alongside your family during this critical time—bringing hope, accountability, and guidance.

Adult Evaluation & Treatment

When your future is on the line, trust a provider who combines professionalism, expertise, and cultural understanding. Reyna Gutierrez, MA, NLC, is a highly experienced Colorado SOMB-Approved Adult Provider and Evaluator, with over 10 years of forensic mental health experience. She provides court-ready evaluations and treatment that prioritize both individual dignity and public safety.

Our adult psychosexual evaluations are comprehensive, confidential, and compliant with Colorado SOMB guidelines. Whether pre-plea, post-plea, or probation-mandated, each evaluation includes:

  • A full clinical interview

  • Psychological and cognitive testing

  • Risk and protective factor analysis

  • Thorough review of police reports and legal documents

  • A professional, court-ready report delivered on time

When treatment is recommended, our offense-specific therapy supports adults in understanding the pathways to their behavior, rebuilding prosocial lives, and taking full accountability. Treatment includes both individual and group sessions, all monitored in collaboration with the Community Supervision Team (CST).

Services are available in English and Spanish, and our approach always honors cultural identity, migration history, and personal values—without compromising legal or clinical standards.

We don’t just meet requirements—we set the standard. When you're ready to take the next step, we’re here to guide the way.
